FAQs

How do I return tickets? To return a portion or all the tickets you reserved, please call the Elsinore Theater at 503.375.3574 or send an email to office@elsinoretheatre.com. Please make sure to include your name, email address you reserved tickets with, and the number of tickets you are returning.

How do I know I received my tickets? After reserving your tickets, you should receive an email confirmation at the email address you used to reserve your tickets.  If you are unable to find your confirmation email, check your junk folder or search for “etix” in your inbox.

Do I need to select seats for my reservation? No, all seating is general admission.

How do I order more tickets? In the confirmation email you receive is a link to order more tickets.  Use this link if you end up needing more tickets.

What ticket info do I need to present at the Elsinore Theatre for entry? At the door, please present your electronic tickets by selecting the link in your confirmation email to view tickets or print your tickets in advanced and bring them with you to the Elsinore.
